Alrighty then I thought I'd go ahead and make this RP and hope people will join. The RP takes on a space station that's out along some major trade routes. The station is big and has a large docking section. There's usually a stream of tourist as well as residents that live and work there. Just about any job you can think of is possible on this station wither it involves being station staff or owning a shop on the station or whatever. Any furr species is allowed and so are aliens if you want. Diapers are also allowed so don't hesitate. ^^

Bio: Norse is a pretty nice guy. He's seen some good combat himself in various fights. Either with aggressive species or from Potty Pirates. Norse has always come through though even with his cybernetic legs. He's good with his hammer though and enforces the laws and such on the station but he's not rigid and is flexible with things.

bio: joey is quite industrious once he finds his motivation and strives to get his job done right. he enjoys hanging out with his friends and making new ones. he also will not stand to see his friends be pushed around and will step in when he sees fit, other than that he is usuall laid back and easy going

Norse stretched as he walked to the main docking area. It was a pleasant day on the station and Norse was selected from the staff to welcome the new technician and give him the lay of the land. Norse smiled. He didn't mind this kind of thing. He liked to get to know the new staff and help people. It was just in his nature. He stood back as the people from today's transport got off. He kept an eye out for the Technician, an otter named Joey.

joey walks off of the transport ship and looks around for norse whom he was told would meet him and give him a tour of the station. joey fights his way through the crowd of people getting off and finds norse and walks up to him

"hello there, my name is joey, and judging by the description i was given about you, you must be norse, am i correct?" joey asked hoping he had gotten the right guy

"Yup that's right. Nice to meet ya Joey." Norse smiled and shook your hand politely. "Welcome to the station. Always nice to have another tech around. Keeps the station in tip top shape. Plus I like meeting new people. Now then first things first. Probably be a good idea to show you your quarters so you can drop your stuff off before we start the tour. That sound good?" Norse asked.

joey nods in agreement

"it would be a good idea, since it'd be kinda hard to carry all of my stuff around the station" joey said with a chuckle

"Alright then come on. Lets go get you situated." Norse smiled and gestured towards a lift. "Well go right to the residential area and then move the tour from there after you get your stuff put away." Norse said and lead the way to the lift.

"sounds like a good idea to me" joey replied with a smile

he picked up all os his stuff and walked over to the lift trying not to get run over by the people carrying theyre stuff around getting on and off the other transports and making sure not to run over anyone himself. he manages to reach the lift where norse is at

"pretty crowded here" joey says as he sets some stuff down

"Yeah it can get pretty darn crowded down here. Always ships coming and going with this or that. We're along some major trade routes for the sector so it's to be expected." Norse said as the lift arrived and he got on board waiting for you. "We get all sorts here. Various furrs and all sorts of aliens. All I can say is thank divinity for universal translators. I suck at learning languages."

joey picks up the stuff he set down and walked onto the lift with norse

"yeah, i barely passed learning spanish, let alone all of the other languages out there, makes life that much easier for the rest of us" joey replied

"Got that right." Norse nodded as he pressed the button for the residential area and stood back as the lift began to move. "I think you'll like it here on the station. A lot of good people. We have a lot going on here so there's always something to do. All sorts of celebrations for this or that."

"well it does sound like fun, and i heard this was the best space station out in this sector of the galaxy" joey replied

he leans against the side of the lift being sure he doesnt lean on any buttons and waits for the lift to reach its destination

"Oh yes it is. Top of the line. Biggest one you'll find anywhere in the quadrant. We've got lots of diffrent levels. We're basically a self contained city here. Well a mix of a city and a military installation bristling with defenses. We had some problems with pirates during it's construction. Once the defense systems were online the first Pirate ship that attacked was obliterated in a second after we closed the comm to it. Had to give me the chance to give up. They don't show up anymore." Norse said laughing trying to imagine the look on their faces as the lift stopped. "Ah and here we are. Residential section. Follow me." He said leading the way out into the hall.

joey gets up and picks up his stuff and follows norse off the lift. he tries to imagine what it all looked like when they destroyed the pirates and chuckled some at the thought of it.

"so, how did it take exactly to build this place?" joey asks with curiosity

"Ah well building this station took about two maybe three years. It was a pretty big undertaking. Even after it got built it took us a good year to work out all the kinks with the station systems. Defenses worked flawlessly but everything else seemed to have a glitch or something to it!" Norse said with a laugh remembering ordering something from a replicator and getting a gray sludge. "Ah here's your quarters. Just place your hand on the palm reader and it'll let ya in."
