On one side of the lab, A tv is on and set to the news channel muted, as the title flashes across the bottom of the screen.
"Skylar family has implemented a new admendement on superhero bill."

Skylar, AKA Taiken smiles wickedly as he lounges in the small room beneath his own room surrounded by his weapons and acessories as the anouncement is given.

Nanaki glances at the tv as he looks for a bed and then looks quickly back. "A new amendment?" He walks over and turns the mute on the tv off, hoping to hear what had happened.

The volume comes up.\"Yes with the passing of the new amendement to the superhero bill thanks to the pressure of the skylar family, the bills extents has been put out to include magicians, non humans and martial artists. Noe, only very strong martial artists are required to register.\"

[thought id bump] "Further more, a new post has been created and accepted to deal with errant superheros who refuse to register."

It flashes to Taiken, face and hair splattered with blood as he withdraws his hand out of a superheros chest, heart stillbeating in his hand."The Position of hunter-killer has been given to Taiken,pictured here. He is offically authorized to hunt down and dispose of errant beings."

"Hunt down and dispose of huh? Next time, he won't get away." Nanaki feeling sickened by the picture on the tv turns it off and finding a bed goes to sleep.

Time dragon cradled the now hatchling black dragon. "Shhh... don't worry, he's far away and can't hurt you."
he finds a bunk to and falls asleep with the little guy in his arms.

A throaty chuckle echos forth into the area as Taiken looks around the area of the last fight, a pair of goggles covering his eyes as he looks around teh area for signatures. "Well... soon I'll have a few more targets to take out.."

(The next day around 11:24 am)

Nanaki is whimpering softly in his sleep and rolls falling off the bed. He looks up with the sheets wrapped around him, "Ugh, what a horrid dream." He shakes himself loose from the sheets and after making the bed walks into the kitchen and begins his search for food.
