Description: Sai is belong average height for his age, and is very lithe, yet doesn't appear to be to be very muscular. His hair is a raven/dark purple mix and reaches down to the middle of his back, a few pure purple bangs over his left eye. Sticking up out of the stop of that said are two silvery fox ear that are kind questionable considering that he otherwise looks human. He has a sloppy crescent shaped scar around his left eye under the bangs and many scars crisscrossing all over his chest. He wears a pair of matching Ribbons one to keep his hair in a pony tail and Another tied to his left ear. Around his neck, he wears a necklace with a single 3" orb shaped sapphire on it. His shoes are simply a pair of the usually shinigami saddles which have been worn down on the bottom and became soft. He wears a Plum, lilac, and soft yellow version of captain Kyoraku's casual haori over his own captain's haori.
Reiatsu Color: Lilac
Personality: is very childish and playfully he is very loud and doesn’t mind shouting to get his point across if he has to. He loves to make friends and tries to see the good in everyone as long as they don’t harm others. He lives on the thought that loyalty and justice are the building blocks of a good life and will fight to til he has no breath left especially if his reputation is on the line.
This is not to say that is the only reason he take action he loves to spar and train and generally be the center of attention. He is also quiet intelligent and observant despite his childish demeanor. He is extremely curious by nature and loves to snoop, and see what going on around him. If he hears about something he has to research and find out if its true. He teases people and likes to see others blush, though its not too hard to make him blush either.
It must be restated that he tease his friends A LOT, to the point that every other sentence is something teasing. His teasing always has something to do with being babyish, toddlerish, or cute, even if he goes overboard and seem mean, he’s really just showing his affection,
He is a caretaker by nature loving to do things for people as fuss over them and make sure they're ok. Once he makes a friend he cares for them with all his heart and wouldn't hesitate to put his life on the line for them. He is very smart even though he doesn't always think things through and is also very trusting and loves to make friends even though he might act shy at first. He likes to be trated like a baby and called cute even though, he will not admit it. He usually act cute unintentionally then blushes and acts ashamed if he is awwed at or called "Cute." by a female, getting comically angry if he is teased or called cute by a male, especially of lower status.

Spirit Description: The spirit of Sai's zanpukto are three anthro foxes, a young man(Tenko), a young Vixen (Naki) and a boy(Arashi). They represent the three element of his zanpukto as well as his personality. The older two are almost always holding hands and one of this is usually holding the boy. The older male can be fierce, criticizing Sai and pushing him to greater levels of skill. While the vixen is more of a motherly type, there when he needs someone to talk to and confide in and also to teach him life lessons. The boy fox is there to help him learn to control his emotions as his appearance and mood are directly affected by Saito's mood and thoughts

Attacks:
Ha shou(Beast wave)- When Sai waves his fan a blade of wind and reiatsu is sent toward the opponent. The air rushes very rapidly and is very sharp.
Rasengan: Sai holds his right sword straight up and a ball of wind forms around the tip of the sword and where his hand is. The ball is greenish blue and works like a drill of condensed wind and reiatsu. It can be release to cause an explosion-like effect where the opponent is trapped in a sphere of wind and is blow backward a few meters.
Shiden (purple lightning, swordflash)- As the sword is slashed flashes of purple lightning are fired of of the sharp metal edge. The intensity can be changed, meaning he could use it to just shock a person a bit, paralyze then, or just completely electrocute them.(once every 10 post if used to paralyze the target.)(Target paralyzed for two post)
Raikiri: Saito holds up the sword in his left hand as it begins to charge with large amount of lightning. He then condense all the lightning into a thin blade of pure lightning on the cutting edge of his sword. He usually runs forward dragging
Bankai only:

Storm Shuriken- Sai strums notes on his guitar very quickly gathering reiatsu into edge of his sword. He fires the reiatsu in the shape of light white Shuriken make of wind and reiatsu, covered with an electrical charge.
Darkness Claw- Sai slashes the air with his fan and gust of sharp, black is sent forth, ripping at anything in its way.
Yamiuchi- Sai gathers reiatsu into his whole sword, as more reiatsu is focused into it it begins to glow with a purplish-black aura and a six-point star of the same color appears infront of it. Sai then points the tip forward and his sword into the set up position for a stab as he runs at his target. The six point star spins and creates a extremely sharp current of wind and reiatsu around his sword. The current, speed, and sharpness intensify as more reiatsu is focused into his fist. The impact of the technique is strange, being able to cause damage without a direct hit, because of the sharp and fast moving current of reiastsu and air but if a direct is made the spining six-point star and wind move at such a pace that they become like blades, slashing and cutting the target very badly.
Passive Abilities: Fox like hearing and sense of smell as well and habits and behavior. The weather in a short radius seems to change with his mood.
Shikai:
Though it is made of wood his Shikai is as durable as any any other zanpokto.
Wind leap: wind pools around his feet in shikai allowing him to move with greater speed
Raiga: The metal edge of the zonpokto is charged with electricity at all times
