i cannot sleep anyone know an easy way to sleep

Well my suggestion is do something to tire yourself. Or maybe listen to some light music.

i am realy tired but i do not have any music that aint techno or eminem

might I suggest thinking? like..lying in the dark while runnign through a scenario in your head, thinking about thigns you like..etc... going over yoru day...

Well depending on what eminem songs you have some of those might work. Usually music of any sort works. As long as you don't have the volume up to high.

Well my way sucks but take like 3 benadryl yeah its taking pills for the wrong reason but they help and non addictive

benadryl is just the pills you take for allergies but they also have a in there that make you sleepy

dont bother. you can only get things like that on perscription in teh uk

black? dont tempt kids to take drugs they dont need. it might be a weak drug but it can still kill if abused

my bad I have been using them since I was 6 and I just them when I have trouble hell my mom says its okay but if so don't try them instead try some natural sleep aids then at your local vitamin store

I love living in the US I can get my hands on anything...I have even have these pills that if used correctly it takes you back to childhood they are nuts

try superdrug or boots. theirs are usually pretty cheap
