Beings of Fur

The time is now,
The time to act,

We shall rise again,
Through our lonely pack,

Our numbers are few,
And still we deny,

To fall to the ground,
We shall rise high,

We furs unite,
With sisters and brothers,

And others of us care more,
As if like mothers,

We speak our name,
And we say it proud,

We continue to tell,
No matter how loud,

We furs have united,
Even though it looks bleak,

We continue to rise,
We continue to seek,

Do not hide furs,
For we understand,

It is they who is different,
It is they who is bland,

But still we are oppressed,
By many without life,

They find no reason,
They continue our strife,

But be patient,
For we shall win,

They will fall,
And we will reveal our kin,

Without fear or remorse,
We will be free,

When society accepts us,
And anyone can be,

A fur of any nature,
A fur of any being,

And they will look back,
And hopefully they will be seeing,

What we fight for now,
That furs will unite,

So let us mend this war,
And end our blight.
