bio: the fastest man on the planet, cougar's life was shortened by being 'refined' when he was younger. he has a tendency to talk really fast, and never remembers anyone's names right.

cougar blazes by the wreckage of holy headquarters in an insane burst of speed. rambling on to himself.

his hot pink alterized car is naught but a blur, and carries a huge burst of air behind it.

he would notice a young girl walking down the road ahead of him* "why is otday so slow" she sasks herslef

cougar hits the brakes and pulls the car to a screeching halt.

his door flies open. then the rear bumper flies off as well, landing some twenty feet away stuck in the side of a building.

"maybe i need a new car... hey there! wanna go on the fastest ride in the world?" he asks with a seated bow.

sure i guess, but i can tell you are an alter user similiar to me" she says walking to his car

the front bumper flies off and cougar looks kind of emberassed.

"... oh fudge."

the door closes behind kari and cougar pulls back on the gear shift grinning madly

"radical goodspeed overdrive!"

his sunglasses fall onto his nose and the car jerks suddenly before moving once again, in the mind numbing speed it traveled in before

she watches him carefully eeping her ability hidden for now*

"your the first person wh hasn't gotten sick riding with me...."

he pushes the car harder

"congratulations!"

she had her eyes closed fully relaxin

the car roars off the edge of an unfinished bridge

"sooooo..... where are we going again?"

for now we are headed down" she says as she changes her rightarm into a gunblade and shoots down slowing them

cougar hits a switch and the car levitates

"and after that? im kinda at a loss since... well, y'know."

she uses her own technique to get the car to the other side* lets just go somewhere"

"hmm, lunch!"

he jams the car back into drive, and guns it toward a loacl restraunt

she concentrates slightly and causes her gunblade to vanish

"here we are. nice place, not as bad as the french restraunt that used to be here, anyway"

she nods gentyl

cougar cartwheels out of the car, which falls to pieces as soon as he's out

"we just saved time and it only cost me a car (again...)."

it cost you a car and most of my power for the day"

cougar raises an eyebrow at that,

"i was in control the whole time, you didn't need to waste any power on it"

well you could of told me before i used my energy to slow us"
