Advent calendar!

Heehee, well, hopefully a side-effect of this picture is to introduce everyone to all the other people I think are great! I deliberately took a break from adding Furr Den friends to the calendar to move on to FurAffinity people (who I mostly don't know quite so well) just for a bit of variety, but tomorrow it's back to Denizens. For today, here's cub number eight!

Today's new cub, over on the right, is Chibii, another non-Den friend who you might not know.

I've mentioned it before, but choosing who to put in this picture was really surprisingly difficult - I sat down and wrote a list of furs I wanted to include, stopped to count it and realised I'd got 29 already. And then over the next few days I thought of quite a few more who I should put in there too. I never realised I had so many friends!

In the end, my final list was chosen based on lots of things, like whether I could think of something fun and appropriate to the character for them to be doing, whether I thought drawing them would be fun and different, whether they'd fit into the 'sequel' picture I'm thinking of drawing, and basically whether they were among the first 24 to pop into my head when I settled down to do the final list. All my very best friends are in there, but for the rest, it's not so much a picture of my 23 closest buddies so much as a representative sample.

So, sorry, Drake, but you're on the 'reserves' list. At the end, I might do a journal on FA saying sorry to all the ones I missed out, but then there's a chance I might miss someone out of THAT, and make them think they're not even in my top 35 friends, or however many the list is now...

Keep it up Zee-Zee! I this lil' bat loves it! *hugs* Perhaps I should start adding my artwork to the website. xD

You definitely should! In fact, so should a lot of people - there hasn't been much new art going up here just lately and I wanna see some cuteness!

In the back there, it's Josh the echidna, who belongs to Perreault on Deviant Art. First time I've ever drawn a Sonic-style character, and I should do it some more, they're fun!

And Lig, yes, I know you're always posting new art, and I always love to see it, but I'd like to see more stuff from other people showing up here on the Den. Come on, people, it's nearly the Christmas holidays, get doodling!

You might be thinking of someone else, DS - Perreault doesn't post anything on FA. Someone else did post a link to Perreault's DA site on my FA page, but I don't think he posted it anywhere else...
