Mass Effect RP.

"Yes I know. I've been thinking of heading back home myself next time I can take a vacation." Nesel said as he took a bite of his burger too.

Neptune finishes his burger and wipes his mouth. "That would be pretty hard for me to do... My homeworld is quight out of the way."

"Yes your home word's a bit out of the way. Not quite on the outer rim but you can see it from there. Mine is a bit closer." Nesel said as he finished his burger and leaned back in his seat.

Neptune nodded in agreement. "Yeah, my planet might be quight far away, but ya gotta admit. We build great ships." He points out the window towards the docking bays where you can see the blue, bird-like shape of the Raven.

"Yes I will say this. Your kind are fine ship builders. There's an avian quality to them that i like. And I should now my ancestors were birds." Nesel said smiling as he looked at the ship.

"Uhoh..." Mutters Neptune as he points out the window at a large, blocky starship coming in towards the docking bays. "Police cruser, what do you think I should do?"

"Damn. Lets head back to my lab. I'll pull a few strings." Nesel said getting up from there table. "Refresh my memory who did you get the equipment from again?"

Neptune gets up, "Rechani stuff, which is shadey enough on it's own. I got it in smugglers run, that asteroid clump controlled by smugglers, which adds to that..." He grinds his teeth, "To be spacific, I got it from a Najing (resemble anthro bats) named Echo."

"Well then it's unlikely they're here for you then. I doubt they'd manage to trace a stolen piece of equipment through so many places and the Rechani aren't the type to complain about this kind of thing." Nesel said as they made there way back to the lab.

Neptune nods, "Yeah, your probably right... but Echo is notorius for being easily baught..."

"Well just stay in back till I say to come out." Nesel said as he walked out into the main section of his lab. He was approached by a Salarian dressed in a uniform. "Neselous Covash?" He asked. "Yes. Who are you?" Nesel asked. "Citadel Specialist unit. We'd like to bring you and your friend on as agents." Said the Salarian. "Neptuen come on out. We got a Job offer."Nesel said with a grin.

Neptune comes out, "Realy? That's a switch." He glances out the window, and is suprised to see that the Raven isn't surrounded by armed guards.

"Yeah I know." Nesel said looking at the guy. "My name is Selaka. We've been aware of you talents and decided to recruit the two of you. Neptune. Your vessel will be granted Specialist privleges as a result. The lab on board your ship will be fully stocked to suite Neselous' needs. His genetic research has been given top priority." Selaka told Neptune and turned to Nesel. "Neselous you are to continue your research and apprise us of your progress once a month." Nesel nodded listening to this suppressing a smile.

Neptune smiles a bit, but as a smuggler he's learned to be suspicius of deals that are too good to be true. "What's the catch?"

"The Catch is from time to time we may need you to assist a Specter in there assignments. And odds are you will run into trouble periodically from the Geth. But for now all we want you to do is keep on the move with Neselous there developing his cure for the genophage. We're going to the strength of the Kragon before too long." Selaka told us a bit critically.

Neptune nods, "You heard him buddy, let's get going." He starts off down the hall towards the docking bay.

"You got it just give me a minute." Nesel said heading to his console. He transfered his files to Neptune's ship and quickly packed some of his stuff and walked back out. "Alright now I'm ready." Nesel said smiling as he followed Neptune.

Neptune leads the way down to the hangar bay, pressing a buton on a remote and making the Ravens ramp lower.

"Nice ship Neptune." Nesel said walking up the boarding ramp. "I think this will be nice. You and me traveling the galaxy. I'll get to do my research and see the galaxy at the same time." Nesel smiled.

Neptune smiles, raising the ramp with a his of pressurized gas. "She's beautiful isn't she? Sleeps six, can go as long as we have food, plus a few special modifications. Subspace slipstream drive, and twin heavy laser cannons on oth dorsal and ventral sides. Not to mention some secret hatches for... special goods." He turns on the interrior lights, iluminating the crecent shaped corridor. "The quarters are on the port side, the lab they set up is in one of the cargo bays past there. THe other side has the galley and kitchen aswell as another cargo bay."

"Alright I can remember that. I'll say this it's a fine ship. It's got speed and a bit of muscle for when it's needed. I like it." Nesel said as they walked along. "I think I'll stop by my quarters first and drop off my stuff."

"Sounds good, yours is the middle one." Says Neptune, making his way to the cockpit and begining the take off sequence.

"Ok thanks." Nesel said as he entered his quarters. They were nice and cozy just the way he liked them. He unpacked his stuff. He also changed the diaper he'd been wearing. It got a good use when he was told they'd gotten a job. Once changed and dressed again he left and made his way to the cockpit.

Neptune smiles, while Nesel had been changing they had climbed into orbit, the blueish expanse of the planet far bellow them. "We're off my friend." He says, begining to set the computer to put them in orbit.

"Well good lets set our course." Nesel said sitting in the co pilot's seat. (Oh the Citadel isn't on a planet. It's a station off on it's own.)
