I assume you color on computer. Do you sketch on paper first normally? Or is it done with a tablet from the start? And with what program?

I occasionally use paper, as I did with that wolf, but I usually use my tablet now. And it's all done in Photoshop. :3

I have the same problem. Only a few animations seem to work for me. (I can't figure out why, my computer should be more than able to handle it!)
