im in the middle of the worst ADHD episode i ever had. im literally bounceing off the walls. note to self. dont drink a full can of coke before having your adhd kick in

Don't worry my adhd and bi-polar joined forces a long time ago, I get super hyper every morning untill about noon though I keep it to myself unless I am alone.
Like the one time I had a window open during a particularly bad case and was singing in a high voice about "I smell sour krout simmering in the sun, with sardeins and sandwiches la lah la lah la..."
Then from outside the window I hear "Is he okay?" It was my sister talking to my mom cause the got back from where ever it was they went cause she didn't have school that day.

correction: THIS is the worst ADHD episode i ever had. i just finished serenading my entire classroom with "so long and thanks for all the fish" and once again, coke has contributed to my hyperness
