Name: Onyx Orion Blackwolf [(Codename: Havoc) after a certain event they gave him this nickname for obvious reasons and he is still a target but he hides within the confines of the instuition sneaking about]

Bio: He was just a normal college student until he was offered a poistion in a "clinical trial" in which he was asked to experiment with a drug for a month and he would get paid when it was over and the first day he took he passed out and that was when he was picked up and taken to the instiution but he was a harder case then they thought.

Codenames: The Runaway, the Demon
Age: 16
Bio: Cole is an agent from an organization in an alternate dimension where the beings all have strange powers or abilities. Cole is lacking in some of them but has a useful power and a nasty one to defend himself with. The organization Cole works for helps other beings in other worlds find a new home in theirs when the one they are in is rather (insert negative adjective here). They got word of strange experiments in this world and sent Cole to investigate and save a few if there really is call for it. Cole found out the basic idea of the experiments and would rather take on the operators before he helps anyone.
Description: (If furry world) Scarlet furred fox with working wings. Face has black markings dyed into it when he anticipates a fight and his wings are blackened then as well when they are normally snow white.

Reasons for being apprehended: Went on a rampage killing two dozen corporate CEOs and three priest.

bio: Tom Timberflame discovered his abilities at age 11. He's been honeing his skills using that ability and such ever since. He's taken on a sort of vigilante sort of role and has thusly taken out many corrupt corporate CEOs as well as several priest who were behaving in a not so goddly manner with their alter boys.

Tom sighed sitting on a bed in his cell. There was a rather large sign on the door that read "No flame within three feet, no ignition sources allowed in the room." Tom sighed stuck in the cell which was padded and soft made of fire proofed fabrics and plastics and contained nothing that could hold a spark.

Powers: limited ability to bend electricity
Species: Tiger
Reasons for being apprehended: made the school computer system crash while practicing his bending. Part of the system blew up, which caused severe injuries to three nearby furs
Biography: Used to be a good student, contrary the evidence of the incident. Further information is hard to get, since Matthias doesn't want to talk about what happened
Danger level: Unsure, but take caution. The subject can be aggresive, especially to (older) adults.

Matthias is stuck in a cell as well. This one is fully made out of an isolating fabric, so it doesn't conduct electricity.

(others can still join just going to start it) *the doctors take out Matthias, Tom, and Ranus(Kaela in her room she getting special treatment later and Onyx and the agent sneaking around the premise) making them helpless so no powers are used and takes them to a large room in which they were stripped of all clothing and diapered then strapped to very comfy beds as a hypnotape is played*

"Must... resist listening to... the music." Matthias mumbles, but his head aches and he's feeling faint. He tries his bending power, but something is blocking him.

Cole: *Watching a video screen of the events from a secret burrow* I gotta admit, the Therans might be a little wierd but their technology is off the charts. *Cole had recently shimmered to various points in the complex and placed undetectable mini cameras in various places. Unfortunately Cole could only use one at a time and they took a bit to switch.* Just gotta wait for a clear room and time for a rescue. These guys look like they could really help me out here. *walks over to another part of the burrow and begins applying fur and feather dye*

Powers:Able to take control of someone's mind and body by truning himself into a dark mist and going into their body and able to absorbed people's energy.

Reason for being apprhended:Using a mother to kill her family and going on a killing spree.
Appearance:Blace fur,scar on right eye,ripped ble shirt and ripped blue jeans and gold collar on his neck
Bio:Dante Maxwell found out about his abilities when was 13.He use his abilities on his friends to steal for him and to bullying friends and adults.But now he knows what he did was wrong.

The doctors were bringing Dante in a straight jacket on a trolly with a collar around his which stops him from using his powers.

Cole: Okay, while we wait *opens a laptop and begins taping a few keys* Let's see if we can't hack the system and see who we should go for first. Probably somebody who doesn't deserve this first and then those who might deserve it but at least show some remorse. AHA! *he's in and looking at the files of the various occupants* Let's see.... This Onyx guy looks interesting. Oh! He's currently loose in the compound. Looks like I may have an ally already. Let's see who else. Looks like this Mathias and Ranus for starters but this Tom interests me for some reason. I'll start with Mathias and Ranus. *locates them on screen and waits for the room to clear*

Matthias, thinking: Why did I have to practice my bending at school again? I've been stupid, really stupid, but is blowing up the school systems enough to make me have to experience this? If there is someone out there to stop this...

Ranus: no what are you doing to me. uh uh uh *tries to run but is tied down and hears the hypnotape* no. must resist listening. must resist. *goes into a hypnotic state*

There's a strange noise in the room containing Mathias and Ranus as Cole shimmers into view. Cole realizes he may be too late to stop every effect of the hypnosis and only hopes they haven't started on the physical regression yet.

Cole: *puts a paw to his lips and removes their headphones* I'm here to help you guys. *undoes Ranus's hand restraints* Get yourself free the rest of the way while I help him. *starts freeing Mathias*

Matthias, in confused state: Who... who are you? And what are you doing here? (man, this guy is creepy)

Ranus: uh. what the? who you? *gasps* me hab baby lisp. what they do to me?

*looks at Ranus* What is wolf doing here? (hraka, I somehow... talk different? What was music for? Did noise change me?)

*I don't know just playing along since their regressing us to a baby I thought that it would 1st effect the speech. you know baby talk*

(Ack thanks a lot guys for not bolting out of the gate and leaving someone behind! Geeze. I mean guys if you've already posted wait for all the other people participating in the RP to post as well before you post again. Otherwise people get left behind. Like right now. Ug. Tom laid there and struggled at first trying to resist the hypno tape but soon he fell limp just staring off into space. Just at this time a rather Large T-Rex guard walked up behind Cole an whacks him on the head as another likely this Rex's twin walks in and makes his way over to Ranus' table to begin securing him again.

Kaela dangles by the ropes holding her suspended. the sleeping gas exited the room as someone walks in and looks up at her. The person snapped their fingers and the ropes unlatched. Kaela fell into their hands and was fed from a bottle before being suspended again.
