Mercyful Fate

I don't know all that much about the band, and have honestly just started head banging to their music, but if you like a black metal feel with a deep, dark, brooding, satanic message conveyed within the lyrics, but aren't a big fan of all the grunting then check this band out.
It's like Judas Priest, Alice Cooper, and Twisted Sister.
It has a vocalist who can sing in a really high pitch like Rob Halford, a dark, but jamming feel to it like most of Alice Coopers older music, and is also fairly twisted.
