"Yeah. The feathered Raptor over there is my daddy and thats Kari's mommy next to him." Lowell siad smiling.

lori leans onto sovan and kari smiles ta her friends*

Sovan smiles and puts an arm around Lori. "I think our lil ones are watching us." He said grinning.

After about an hour of play, Sage pauses looking into the sky, muttering. "mommy... daddy... I miss you..."

"Least you remember them. I can't remember my birth mommy or daddy. Well cept for sometimes in my dreams.....or nightmares." Lowell said with a shudder.

"Mine killed in drive by shooting... I saw dem shot to bits... Every"I talk about it, I... I..." He falls on his butt and cries.

Lowell walks over to Sovan who picks him up. Lowell's memories of his nightmares in his head. Lowell new they weren't just nightmares. But he didn't want to think about it.

Sage was shaking. "Painful memory... I was covered in their blood." cries

Sovan looks over at them. Lowell just sits in his dad's lap lost in his own memories and dreams. Memories of a city, of buildings that rose to meet the clouds, of ruble, of darkness, of sounds and beings of horror, and fire....so much fire.
