"You are wrong, I know well how the extasy of power can feel, and the security of the shadows. but I also understand the toll that such power demands. You don't see it, and likely never will. But my blind eye can still see the taint of your fathers on myself and you. I see clearly the gaping wound in your soul. I can see the evil about you, as if it were smoke off your skin." Lucien growles, circling Riku and sniffing at the air, the fire on his back and face covering him like a veil, save his muzzle and fangs, "You are beyond purity. You are not the child whose life I saved in the forest... You are a monster that has taken his shape."
Lucien lunges at Riku, and swipes twice at his face and throat, the wolf's claws glowing like hot steel. Lucien kicks backwards, expecting a counter attack allready, knowing from prior experience with demons, that they were fast and strong, and even an innocent looking one was not to be taken lightly, especially in close quarters. Death Could easily come for him at any moment from any angle, only by focussing his own energy perfectly could he hope for the skill to defend, but no one said hunting demons was easy.
Lucien swiped at his left pectoral again, blood coating his claws, and the heat of his firey mane sealed the wound immediately. Darkness so thick and black, that it swallowed even the light of the fire, swallowed the blood.
"Begone!" the wolf howls as he swings his paw, the corrupted blood spread into a fine mist as it travelled in Riku's direction, each drop forming into a void black blade, "Slashing Darkness!!"

a small spark of fear shone in his eyes but the dark stopped the blades midair protecting him " my mother will not allow me to be hurt"

Ko laughs and throws a ball of pure holy light at the darkness, flooding the whole area with purity*

"THIS SHOULD EVEN THE ODDS! Take him Lucien!"

Lucien grabbed the holy sphere before it could shatter, and drew the energy into his body through his hands. He grabbed the arm and screamed loudly, as the fur started to burn away on his hand, moving up his arm. His skin was shiny and gold from his shoulder down. Lucien flexed the arm and felt it's energy.
"OK?"
Lucien charged the demon again, ready for the barrier and driving all his strength and spiritual power into the punch.
The connection causes the ground on Lucien's side to shredd up beneath him, and the sound is enough to equal one hundred thunders.

*Ko stared*

"The sphere was supposed to explode and protect you from the darkness...but what the hell, that works to.

Riku snarled the dark the protected him cracking and shattering forcng him back aginst a tree a branch piercing his heart

She watched the battle, shielding Link from it's horrors, her demon side cringing in fear of Ko's words, but her mortal side found it comforting, protecting. She felt anger and fear amidst the battle and didn't touch the barrier for fear of what pain it would inflict upon her and sat in the center with Link cradled in her arms, holding his head against her breast.

Riku leaned aginst the bark of the tree he gasped seeing the dark clouding his vision

Lucien swipes at the branch and looks at Riku with a helpless expression. Even though he was victorious, the wolf was disgusted, and horrified by this outcome. The branch drops to the ground.
Lucien puts his paw on Riku's chest. He was ready to set holy fire to the whole bloody mess, and purify it all.
"I c-can't do it.."

the second Lucien touched Rikus skin Rikus soul moved into hs hand giveing him power over that limb and corrupting it i shall never die Riku forced Lucien to hit himself in the face multiple times

"Ge? aat!" Lucien cried, trying to shield his face with the other paw, "WHATS GOING ON?! HELP?"
The wolf fell over and scrambled around on the ground.

Riku smiled oh no u dont Riku shot a black chain from Luciens arm whippin him around his neck choaking him

She tried to console Link, mind working feverously, she couldn't let Lucien die and started to send pleas to her father, the Crown Prince Ba'al. <Father, hear my plea, please, help him....>

He calms, curling into Michelle. "Mommy, I'm scared..."

"Shh baby, it'll be fine, Mommy swears it." she coo'd, stroking his headfur, trying to shield him from what was going on, continuing her prayers for her father's aid.

He purrs, yawns. "O-ok..."

Finally a legion of Hell's angels spring from the Earth to come to her aid, kneeling before her. "Princess." they say in near unison.

Rikus soul moved from Luciens arm into his body stealing alitle of his essance to heal himsel Riku pulled his body off of the branch smileing

*Ko throws a spear or light at Riku, it embedded itself in his chest, this was the most holy technique in the known universe, there was no demon or darkness that it could not kill*

"DIE DEMON! DIE FOREVER!"

Riku screamed in pain the lance holding him in place " ahhhhhhhhhhh!!! MOTHER FATHER FREE ME FROM THIS PAIN"

Lucien stands up and grips the white pillar with one hand, and yanks it free. The wolf tosses the spear into the trees.
"IF you have any sense you will leave now!" he barks, lacking the drive to watch the boy die.

Riku slumped to the ground gasping for breath his chest bleeeding badly

*He stares*

"Damn, LEAVE RIKU, OR I WONT LET LUCIEN SAVE YOU AGAIN!"
