*Ko ran quickly to him, scooping him up and hugging him tighter then he had ever done before, squeezing the five year old to his chest, shirt slightly torn, he looked deeply into his brother's eyes*

"Oh Kuro, I was so worried!! Are you ok?"

" y-yes bruva..." Kuro sniffled his eyes staying red and gold

*starts llicking him*

Kuro mured

*he smiles*

"atta boy"

Kuro looked at his brother smiling

She seemingly appeared next to them. "H-how did you do that?"

*looks at his brother* "Yeah...how did you do that?"

" i no know" Kuro said blinking

Kuro looked at him " me dust no know" he whimpered

*He cradled his brother tightly* "Well, whats done is done, best not to linger"

Kuro nodded " bruva...were not allowed to leave da forest...its what i keep hearing..."

"I've heard this too..." she said, wondering how they did what they did, unless the forest is shrouded by something that will eventually draw them back in somehow.

*thinks* Well, unless theres a barrier around the edge, I'm leavin this God forsaken place!"

*he tunes his ears and holds his brother in his grasp*

"That way! east!" *he took off like a shot, holding his brother to his chest*

She starts after you, holding Link to her chest.

Link curls into his Mother's chest, purring softly. "Momma, will we evea escape fwom hewe?"

"If the Fates allow it we'll find a way..." she purred as she strokes his headfur.

Link purrs, falling asleep in her warm arms.

She holds him close and keeps going.

*Ko breaks through the trees and stops dead in his tracks, clutching his brother tightly to him as he gazes upon a small clearing, about 20 feet across, it bent around the wall of trees, like the forest was on top of a nice, green disc of grass. and beyond that was a stone fence of sorts, encircllng the outside of the strip of land. The wall had to be only 4 or 5 feet high, off behind it everything just looked like a valley*

"My god..."

Purrs, sucking his thumb in his sleep as he became the size of a newborn.

She stopped next to him and stared. "Good lords...."

*He steps forward* "It almost seems to easy..."

"It's a trap....I've seen them countless times. One was even played on me as a little girl as a joke...scared me half to death for a moment, but I laughed afterwards at it's simplicity." she said with a small smile.
