"I am Shova. You small one my call me Lord Shova. And be glad I see fit to let you live. As long as you can serve a purpose to me." Shova said looking down at the small being.

"What can I do? Im just a child..."

"Well that's the question isn't it small one. What can you do? Why should I keep you alive?" Shova asked smiling even though it could not be seen.

another Kain appeired behind Shova, a katana at his neck while the Kain infront of Shova had a katana at Shova's chest "Maybe because I could kill you now if I wanted."

"Hahahahhaa!" Shova laughed. He slit the one sword through his own throat and the other into his own chest. "See. Nothing." Shova said swisting the blades around inside himself. "Now you were saying?" Shova said grabbing he double by the throat and killing it.

"impressive" he points at the village behind him. "but I slaughtered everyone in that village. take a look."

"Oh thats sooo impressive. I've slaughtered worlds. Galaxies. Whole demensions. But your at least off on the right foot." Shova said with a bit of a laugh.

The sun starts to rise and Kain whines in pain. "Shit, the sun..."

"OH calm yourself. I wouldnt' be standing here had I not made that night source mut." Shova said pointing to the horizon. As the sun rose it was shown to be black with a faint white aura. The light it gave off was a dim gray color. "See."

*he shakes solemly*

"So Shova-nistic. You think you've voided this world of good ey?"

"Yes. It feels dark and gloomy. I might set up a palace here later." Shova laughed.

Kain mews softly.

*gives a scoff*

"So, if its so devoid of good,then whats that?"

"A Keeper. They are trans dementional warriors. Protectors of the light. They often make appearances at such times. In feeble attempts to destroy me." Shova said glaring at the figure.

Kain hisses at the Keeper.

*The Keeper approachs them, looking them up and down, and takes a pose to raise dramatic tension*

"About twenty miles worth of atmoshpere and then space." Shova said laughing.

Laughs to, staring up at the sky, he ripped off a patch on his shirt and sat on a peice of bent steel

"Hmm, seems pretty nice out here..."

"Oh, and by the by, I just got my ass fired."

"A Keeper without a cause. Have you given any thought to taking up the path of darkness? One such as your self could become powerful on it." Shova said intrigued.

*He shook his head*

"Nah, I think I'll stay middle path for a while."

"Ah. Biding your time to see who comes out victorious. Trust me on this when that time comes. I'll be the one to walk out of the dust. Not good." Shova said.

Kain turns into his kitten form and nuzzles against Shova's leg
