Zune?

I've been thinking about getting a Zune recently. I had an iPod video...it broke very quickly...It was nice while it lasted though, I mean, mostly...sort of... I just don't want to make a mistake and get a bad player. I've seen mostly good reviews on them, but then again, it's always good to get an opinion from somewhat like-minded people/friends. So... What do you guys think? Good or bad?

I have a friend who has one of those They're defenately a good buy. Easy to use and they have alot better storage capacity and they feel better made to me.

Yeah, I've heard they are a lot more durable. There is still no Linux distro for them...but I'd be willing to bet everything I own that there will be eventually. That will eliminate that stupid "3 listens in 3 days" thing. And maybe more file formats. Anyways, it'll be cool. Anyone had theirs break or anything along those lines? From the looks of it though, no one has been able to find any info about the wifi antenna, so there will have to be some reverse engineering with that.

just one word of warning dont leave the wireless on too long it'll drane ur battery

I've had my Video Ipod for about a year now and I haven't had any problems whatsoever, not even iTunes. However, it does scratch very easy...of well!

Ah, thanks for the advice. I don't know how much I would ever even use the wireless...maybe just on airplanes XD

And you were smart enough to not unplug it without ejecting? that was my mistake, I over-estimated the quality of the device...and my screen scratched too, I just got a case for it.

Yeah, the Nano is a lot more durable, it seems. Solid state and all that is probably what it is. My sister has a white one. The only problem with those is that you can't watch video and the memory is too small... though they are alright if you just wanna listen to music.
