What do you use to get on?

I don't know if this has been done yet, but I think it would be interesting.

Basically, what do you use to get on this forum? Hows your computer?
Family Computer or your own computer? (Do you get privacy problems?)
Laptop or Desktop?
What Browser?
What Operating System? (Are you a Mac person or a Microsoft person?)
If you are familiar with your computer, maybe some stats? (basically, slow or fast computer?)

I'll start:
My own computer
Mozilla Firefox 2.0.0.4 (so much better than IE 6.0.2800.1106 ^^)
Windows 2000 Professional Service Pack 4(I'm a Microsoft person)
My computer's a Compaq Pressario 1200 that goes back seven or eight odd years. It's a hand down.
Intel Celeron processor (slow), no graphics card (intergrated GPU), 128MB of RAM and a grand total of around 5 GB of Hard Drive Despite the presence of two drives... slow.

What about you guys?

My comp is a Dell and I use standard Internet Explorer with Notron Antivirus for pop-ups, etc. my processor is windows XP Pro that is well equipped for gaming and music

Well I own my own computer. I've got it running Windows XP. I use FireFox as my internet browser. My CPU is an intel Celleron but it's actually not that bad speed wise. I got high speed digital internet. My computer is a Desktop though I do hope to get a laptop sometime.

I also use Firefox running in Windows XP (sigh, I'm not a Microsoft person, but it came with the system) My computer is a hybrid, the processor is Intel and the hard drive is Dell.

It's 100% my own.
It's a desktop.
I use internet explorer 6.0.
Windows XP Service pack 2

1 gig ram, 2GHz of processing, NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS video card, 250 gigs of hardrive space.

Love me or hate me, but i'm a mac user.

An Intel Mac book. 2.16 Ghtz, 1 gig ram duo core, 160 gig memory, and Netscape Navigator.

I use a Presario, Win Xp, and IE. But i am dial up so my speed is crap. but only on dial up cause i live in the mountains and we dont have dsp or cable access yet.

I have my own computer (there are 11 in my house). Mine though was HP manufactured, with a few things added in (video card, some ram and harddrive). When I got it it was very good for its time, but now its kinda getting dated and I need to put some new stuff in it. It still plays everything that I use fine but its probably gonna start slowing down soon.

Stats:
638Mb RAM
AMD Athlon 64 Processor 3500+ - 2.2Ghz
NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GT - 256.0Mb VRAM (Using dual monitor display)
Motherboard mounted sound card (default)
175Gb Windows Partition
75Gb Linux Partition
250Gb Hard drive total

I have two partitions on my hard drive, one for my windows partition (Windows XP Professional(5.1 build)), and I also have a smaller partition for Linux (Centos5).

I am a die hard Firefox user, and will never willingly use IE. I am neutral on other browers but I HATE IE.. Firefox is most definitely my browser of choice though.

wow o.o thats an amazing laptop. The only way you could get anymore advanced is to put in your own parts. HP is pretty good manufacturer too, my desktop was HP manufactured but I customised it a bit, its not that good though, need to update soon
