a small boy looking the age of 5 walks in with a calm look and sits down in a chair and just stares at the wall

a nurse to another: I heard this kid was abandoned but yet he looks liek he has taken care of himself he looks well fed and he is still very strong and he also wears diapers because when his parents died he kinda went into a mental state he never got out of. he has been alone for 3 years and he is shy.
