| Well the basics behind the Holiday is this. It's supposed to be a time where ya give thanks and apparently the first one was way back after the Indians helped the Pilgrims survive there first year in America. Yeah that's the general story behind it. But ya gotta wonder. If we were so thankful why did we give em such crappy land? Hehehehe | |

| Kaiskune, American Thanksgiving is basically the same as the European harvest festival so to speak. Basically its about giving thanks for the food we have received and so on and so forth, The only thing is that an historical event was made of the first thanksgiving because there was some sorta exchange between the natives, who pitied the pilgrims and helpwed them a little with survival tips. Too bad they ended up plowing their brains out later on in historical context... (damn, I just said what Lig did didn't I?) | |
