I just found out that my grandfather is having open heart surgery as I type this. I'm really worried right now, and I ask that anyone who believes in God to pray for him and my family.

very similar to waht I was going to say. Best wishes to him! My Grandma jsut had open heart surgery as well recently, and she is recovering quite well. I'm sure your grandpa will ahve the same outcome

Thanks to all who have replied, and even to those who pray but do not reply here.
I just got an update on him. Apparently it was a quadruple bypass surgery, and from what I understand, they got it in time, but he's still bleeding out somewhere.
The docs are giving him blood and hopefully he'll recover. His vitals right now are good, but he's not out of danger.
