Sonic Generations beta/demo...

Gentlemen and ladies who are probably a construct of my own imagination given this is the internet...
I come before you to utter words I had half given up uttering...

This morning I downloaded the beta/demo available for Sonic Generations.

And I have this to say:

HOlY MOLY AND FLIP ME BACKWARD LIKE A CHINESE ACROBAT!!!

They did it, it's done... we have it now. A sonic game rendered in HD, designed for this generation of consoles, using this generation's technology that flows like a sonic game!

I'd still love to see them do a console version of the RPG for the DS, but barring that this is awesome!

Woot! Finally a new good Sonic game! Can't wait for the release of the full version of the game.

Did you hear how they jazzed up the beginning of the opening?

Oh yeah that was really quite cool.
