Genitically engeneered pets?

I have a thread for this going on FTT but I thought I'd put one here too.

Well I found this site quite by chance while looking through pics on Deviant art. I want to know what you guys think about these things. Do you thinking making real ones like it is ethical? Would you buy? I don't know what I'd do. They seem neat but then there's the ethics of it. So I want to know what you all think. I beleave this will be an interesting dissuction. Yeah I think so too. But still a lil cute. Glad it's not real.
