Link's ears lower

"Heal me kind stranger."

She snarled from the pain and goes to find Link and Riku, spotting Link, an astral Ko and the unknown stranger together, and sees the hair around their throats and watches momentarily, wondering what is going on. "What the hell......." she then sees Ko's body on the tree and muffles a scream of terror, seeing the marks on his chest. "Riku......."

*the astral looks at her and puts a finger to his mouth, indiacting to sush*

"It will be ok soon, just wait. Link is in no danger, for this kind soul has offered to heal me. But you must not interfear"

Link yawns "Wonder where mommy is..."

"O' Course we might all die anyway, if I screw up or something..." Lucien says with a dark chuckle as he is already tying the respective hair to Ko's body.
An eerie white glow surrounds the male, He kneels and holds gently onto Link's wrist, as he touches Ko's chest. The loop of hair tightens and yanks Ko's soul to his body, at that moment Lucien's face and skin seem to wither slightly, and cracks run across his cheeks. Cuts and scrapes cover Link, mostly superficial but, none the less, painful. Ko's wounds seal up as his soul is tangled in the hair, and trapped within his mortal shell.
"Almost.." Lucien adds, sweating a bit and biting his lip.
Forcing his own essence out, Lucien locks Ko into his corpse, and breaths the spark of life back into his flesh.
Feeling empty Lucien stands and swoons as he realizes he has not enough energy to move. The youth thumps into the ground and breaths shallow and weak breaths.
"It's done."

*once his soul is returned his mortal shell is made holy again. he breaks his bonds and pulls two vials from his pocket, both of them full of water from the blessed healing lake, he pours some down the male's throat and splashs some onto his body, then trows the other vial of water onto Link to heal his cuts, he stands ready to help the male and Link in any other way*

"You scratch my back, I scratch yours!"

Link passes out

*nods and drizzles more of the water onto link*

Link starts to wake?

She stares, wondering what the ritual did exactly and cuddles Link, happy to see him again, then turns to the stranger and hugs him in thanks for healing Ko, then turns to Ko. "Riku attacked you didn't he? The backstabbing son of a bitch......"

Link purrs "Mommy..."

"Yes my baby?" she purred, then blushed realizing they could all hear what they were saying, but didn't care moments later, just happy she could see him again.

a astral progection of Riku appeared his body more demonic since he had let more darkness into his heart "do you mean me?" he asked his projection smileing

"Pwease dont hate Riku..."

"i want to be hated" the projection said

"He killed Ko and attacked you! I have every right to hate him.......I just want what's best for you, please understand........" she purred, trying to block out the projection of Riku.

"i know ur so happy to see me" he smiled " but i cant be with you at the moment far too busy:

"Shut up you blackhearted bastard!" she finally vented, snarling at the projection, drawing her holy blade and slashes the ghost-like mocking demonic face, bringing back haunting memories of her father.

"..."

the projection re-materalised"....refrane from doing that..."

Link sends back the memory of the Lab "Riku..."

*Ko nods silently and calls for silence*

"Link is a saint now. I have deemed him so. Now that this is done, Link can no longer be harmed in any manor from a demon, or demonic force."

*as he said this Link glowed for a moment*

"Link does not hate for the same reason that makes him a saint, he has a heart and he will never hate anyone. I love this quality about him, which is why I have claimed him as a little brother. However, *turns to Link's mother* You must understand and learn from him.

*he gives her a necklace*

"Wear this and Link can call you to him whenever needed, and keep your heart open."

*he turned to Riku*

"As for you demon, I wish you the best, but now I tell you that your dream has not been reached. There is no hatred for you here. So be gone, and know you may strike neither fear nor anger in our hearts again."

*Max put a hand on Link and his mother, leading them into another clearing away from the projection, making sure he could not follow*

the projection smiled and faded away

Lucien stirs and pushes up from the ground to see the last of Riku vanish from sight.
"Damn you.." He growled shaking his head and holding his brow, ",all your fault, Riku, I should have left you to die.."
Warm, red and orange, flames silently lick at the dark figure's arm, purifying the corrupted flesh. It hurts of course, but Lucien has long since accepted that pain as a general part of life, and makes no effort to stem the fire or cradle his engulfed arm.
Lucien doesn't realize that there is another person nearby, besides Ko and Link.
"You see?" He growled, furious at himself and the demon brat, "You see why I hate demons so? Pain is all they are good for. You should have let me send his fetid soul back to the forges of hell."
Lucien stood sharply and wheeled around, trying to accent his point with dramatics.
"YOU....?" The strange and dark one stops his words short, as his eyes fall on the female holding Link.
A familiar stench of evil fills his nose.
The other demon?
His lips forming into an angry sneer, his knuckles and joints snapping loudly as his hands clench into white-knuckled fists, Lucien steps towards the girl.
"You.... had better let go of him.." He growls like a hunting hound, "I won't ask again.."
