*Kumori breaks the thicket to see Riku and Michelle, carrying Link*

"Riku! Is he gone?"

Riku nodded passing out

Michelle collapsed in shock. "I...can't believe I let one of my own decieve me..." a single tear of shame rolled down her cheek. It wasn't made of the blood of the damned, no, this one was her own blood. A true demon's shame reveals their own pain outwardly, not inwardly with mortals for mortals are temporary and their pain would destroy them in their youth if they were designed that way. A small line showed on her left wrist as the tear hit the forest floor, starting a small flame of blackness, the essence of a demon's soul and heart.

Link looks up, his eyes were still red and green, tears feel from his eyes.

*Kumori walks to Michelle and holds out Link slowley*

"Ko is real...but that wasent him...Please, Ma'am...take Link, protect him..."

She took her son back into her arms, feeling whole once more, and held him tight, then began to weep for many reasons, most unknown to her.

*Kumori, still shrouded in his cloak gave a long sigh*

"I suppose you'll want no more of me...I shall vanish again soon"

Link whimpers "Kumori... Don't, leave..." He says, passing out.

*Kumori sighs and hefts Riku up onto softer ground*

Riku lays there fast asleep

"Wait..." she said quietly.

*He looks back at her*

"...yes?"

Link was breathing heavilly

"Don't go...not yet..." she said, barely audible, as a final tear hits the forest floor, glistening darkly, her own blood once more. She rose and turned to go, not noticing the sprout coming from the tear, as a black rose sprouted, feeding off the blackness hidden in every demon's heart, her's no exception, as it bloomed, it gave off a black, icy aura that chilled all who looked upon it's dark beauty.

Riku started sturring "w-what the..."

*Kumori smiled and placed a hand on her shoulder*

"Stay...and I will"

Riku slowly stood

"What the what?" she asked Riku.

Riku blinks "what" he used a tree for support

She sighed. "You gonna tell me or what?"

" i've done nothing but stand"

She shrugged and headed back the way she wanted to go before.

*Kumori sighs and wraps jhis hand around Michelle's paw*

"Dont go..."

Riku layed aginst the tree sighing

*his arm snakes out and grabs Riku's arm, he pulls michelle and riku and link close to him*
