if he were to release his gear state at full 100%, yes.

That'd be something he'd only be likely to do if he went up against Corsica himself or some other baddie he either needed to power for or who just absolutely deserved to die... I just got a totally nasty idea of what he could do to Corsica with that blood spike trick he can do. Justice served in Ember's opinion I think.

however, corsica can copy anything he's seen before... even in gear state you'd have it tough...
