Appearance: Has the same Armor as Master Chief in Halo two only blue and his size. He also wears a shirt that says UNSC on it with the works solier in a small package in kid letters under that. He also wears diapers all the time. He has red hair and green eyes.
BIO: He was part of the second spartan program. His age was accidentally halted along with blader controle. But seeing as everything else went fine he went on in the program. He know enjoys peace times at the mansion and getting some kid time in when he can.

William walked through the airport with his armor in the matter buffer on his belt. He never was really crazy over crowds. "Gees why is the air port always this crowed? If I need to flash my ID again I'm gonna go crazy." Will muttered to himself sitting down next to Arthur.

*looks to side and sees William* Hey, sup dude. Name is Arthur nice to meet ya. Where you headed off to? I'm on my way to this mansion or whatever

"Man thats odd. I'm heading for a mansion myself. It's supposed to be a real nice place. Did you get an invite? I did." William said.

yeah I did. *gives him invite* why you too?

"Yeah same place from the looks of it. So you must be a TB too. Sweeet." William said grinning. "I'm William, Spartan 192." He said holding out his hand.

"Yeah I am too. Only a few others in my team know." William said. "I'm part of the second generation of spartans. The process sorta stopped my ageing process and got me stuck in diapers. But you wouldn't believe how good UNSC standard issue ones are." William said with a laugh. "Heck I've gone for days without a change and no leaking."
