my story is not one of happy tales or rad beginings, my life is a crap shoot, this isnt a tale of love nor responsiblity, but one of survival

i grew up in downtown ney york, not the prettiest of places but still one o the dirtyest, ive always read in comics and newspapers of heroes that soar through the sky, and have always woundered of what it would be like, always being bullied at school can make you wounder these things, but enough of my drama, lets hit these dark street and view our story as it goes...

cody was walking the dark and lonely street to his home after getting into some gang trouble, he has several bruises, and is now broke, he ponders on why his life was soo unfortunate, his parents deaths, his crappy lifestyle, his more personal problems, when he hit his apartment he instantly lay down in his bed, and falls fast asleep, dreaming of the new job he signed up for that would start tomarrow, he remmbered the ad "NEEDED: one young slightly out-of-shape male, willing for flexible scheduale with high pay"

he needed the money, but this new job was wrapped in sooo much mystery, while thinkingthis, he sowly fell asleep, listening to the sound of the passing train...

Name: Ethan.
Age: 16
Gender: Male.
Appearance: Both before and after. Before is just without the wings.

BIO: Basically your smart quite kid. He's been bullied all his life and has never been able to do anything about it. His powers are flight thanks to his wings. And dominion over the natural world. And even a few cool mental powers. It's always the quite ones ya watch out for.

Ethan looked over the add in the paper again. "Well I certainly fit the critieria for it." The thought laying back on his bed winceing at the bruises he had. Once again while coming home he'd gotten chased down by a jock and beaten up. Story of his life. Trying to put this out of mind he rolled over and went back to sleep.

*the next afternoon, after codys last class, he immediatly went down to the labortory that had the ad, although he was early and the job didnt start until seven o-clock at night he still wanted to see the building, when he got inside it looked like a none busy hospital, clean rooms with painted stripes leading to serveral other rooms, here and there a few scientist walked around dressed in lab coats and goggles, reading reports, then cody got to a desk

"hey im here for the V project job, i know im early but i wanted to.."

"just sit over in the waiting room sir, we'll call your name when we want you"

'okaay....' cody thought as he sat down in a waiting chair dressed in his green trench coat with jeans, vans shoes, and a black t-shirt

After another day of taking classes with the neanderthals and jocks Ethan finally left school and headed for the lab. He decided to take the path through the park to get there. He didn't wanna be too early. He got here about an hour after Cody did.

"Hello. I'm here about the project V thing." Ethan said. "Sorry bout being this early."

"Take a seat in the waiting room you'll be called in when we need you." The woman said. Ethan walked in and took a seat not to far away from Cody. He picked up an issue of science monthly and started thumbing through it.

"so your going to the project V thing too? what division?"

"I'm going in first division. I wonder what exactly this is all about though. That add wasn't exactly clear." Ethan said setting down the magazine.

"im in division six, i figured i needed the money, and there needs fit me perfectly, so i dont really care too much" he said crossing his legs and holding in head with his hands

Age: 17
Gender: female.
Appearance: she is a tall girl of 6 feet 1 and silver hair normal in blue clothin.

BIO: At the age of 13 kari contacted a strange substance that allows hger now to bend the elements and such to her advanatage, but it takes a toll on her body. She romans the streets trying to survive and keep her power a secret.

Kari reads over an add in a magazine one last time before she puts it inot her pocket and walks through a dark and cold alley heading for the adress it had mentioned. The ad talked about wanting to hire a girl for normal jobs and she wasinterwested.

Name: Marc
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Apperance: Mid-sized (5'8") with brown hair

bio: Growning up as a frail young boy, focused all of his time and effort into overcoming his terminal illness. After years of hard work he obtains an enlightenment to his powers and began to use them. He generates energy from a number of points in his body, but due to the nature of the energy it must be released almost immediatly and usualy in the form of lightning. Every release weakens his body so he must continue to train to make up for his loss and believes that this limit can be overcome just as his illness was. Whether or not he still has the illness is unknown.

"mr. cody?"
"yes?"
"they would like to see you know
"kay, wanna come watch? uh... whatever your name is?"
"sorry sir no visotors unless the head of science say so"
"sorry then, cya later"

*and so cody walked around the halls following the purple line to his apointed room and waits for the scientist to show up*

"Good luck buddy." Ethan said sitting there rather nerveously. After about 10 more minutes a nurse came and called his name. He followed to the room and under went what consisted of a physical first. Then some blood samples were taken and an injection given. Not long after the shot Ethan started to get drowsy and then passed out on the hospital bed.

kari pulls out a military boonie hat before walking to the place that mentioned in the ad*

"alright sir" said the scientist that finally came in "now please step inside here" and so cody did, it was a clean white room, something like saw almost, but with a table and a contain filled with black and purple goop the intercom came on "please proccede"

cody nervously wlaked up to the table slipping his fingers into the goo which immidiatly went up his arm, cody screams for his life, only to have the goo cover the rest of his body

this thing lets out a monsterous roar as alarms go off, he punches through a one-way mirror, then rampages through the hall ((shaking the whole building)) and bashes out the front door, this new creature then jumps fifty feet into the air and launches a web-line and swings out of site, just as lighting thunder and rain hit. (several faints roars can be heard throughout the city)

Ethan floated in a sensory depth tank finally stirring at the motion. He noticed a breath mask over his mouth so he could breath. His back ached. He reached around it and felt wings to his shock. He kicked out at the side of the tank Just as a rumble shook the building the tank fell over and the black glass shattered. He stood up shakily and looked over to the door. Alarms were going off. Just then two scientist came in. Ethan ran to the window only to see himself 20 stories up. He looked back at the advancing men. He then smashed the window and lept out.

*at that time venom swung onto the building latched onto the side with his claws, looked brefly at ethan then jmped away with another swing*

Ethan unfurled his wings while he dropped and instictually took flight. He looked and saw the strange black creature that swung off in a direction. He felt something familiar about it. He weaved back around another building to follow it. He was surprised at how easily flight was coming to him.

a young male walks to the door and taes kari into a waitin room*

*the creature swings into central park*

"That doesn't look good. I've gotta stop him somehow." Ethan thought. As he thought that roots shot out of the ground and wrapped themselves around the black creature. "Wow. I think I did that. Cool." Ethan said swooping down.

kari is hired for normal wor and dismissed, she goes into bathroom and gets into a dark red cloak and jumos out window now as the crimson elementalist*

*the creture is trapped but lets out a huge roar as it struggles to get free, and it slwly sucseeds inch by inch*

she arrives and looks to the boy taht was holding creature in place before summoning more vines around venom* "need some extra help?"

*he roars loudly and struggles more, his tounge whipping out andspraying out his syliva*

she concentates trying to make the vines stronger*

Ethan swoops down and delivers a strong kick to Venom's chest and then leaps back upwards. He stretched his hands out and stone hands grew from the rock below. The hands forced Venom down.
