the sword breaks free of it's sheathe again and tries to skewer him. moments later he is running out of the clearing at full tilt being chased by his sword again.

(i figger you guys needed a comedic element here =^_^=)

Riku looked at Ko smileing alittle his eyes trianed on the demon hunter

*chuckles as he watches the half demon reach for his sword* "please, remove your hand from the hilt from your sword. There is no profit in killing you." *his hand rests on the hilt of Eriador that is handing at his side, and looks to t he other male with them* "its's about half a mile north of here."

Riku sighed snickering at ko and his antics " fine" he took his hand off the sword

*smiles and sits down on a rock near the streem that running from the waterfall*

"POWERS THAT BE! DAMN IT ALL!"

this time the seal works and the sword is completely silent.

"provide i don't release this, things should work out just fine."

he walks back into the clearing, and pulls his hair out of his eyes.

"you two finish up soon, i don't have all day."

"Thank you for the information. Perhaps I can interest you two in a venture. A quest of sorts. For power. A quest to alter time itself." Dansen said with a smile.

"alter....time" he looked alittle confused

*raises an eye brow* "what profit is in it for me besides power?"

"Well if material wealth is what motivates you. This power is an avenue to wealth beyond even the kings of this land. And by alter time Riku I mean we shall change the future. In my time your kind do not exist. No demon does save for a hand full of weaker ones sealed away here and there." Dansen explained.

"i can vouch for him. i looked into the future a few times. it is a scary place......"

"....so....would this power...be able to make me a full demon?"

"If that is what you desire. Although I can't say why. Despite you current lack of hight level power you can gain it naturally and surpass all pure bred demons. But maybe this power can allow more access to both sides of your family's power. Demon and other wise." Dansen said.

" its possible"

ko breathes a hellfire ball to pass the time.

"you could just go and see HIM y'know?"

" i dont trust HIM"

"can't blame ya there. he cheated me before..."

" were not on good terms" Rikusaid sitting on the ground legs crossed

"Who is this HIM?" Dansen asked confused. "A powerful demon?"

" yeshes one of the most powerful demons in the universe"

"I doubt that. Powerful yes. But not in the universe. Trust me Riku. You have no clue how big the universe actually is. He may be the strongest on this planet at this time. But that will change." Dansen said.

ko-yami removes his sunglasses, letting his red pupiled eyes paralyze everyone for a moment before donning thm again.

"HE is an even match for anyone among us. for even the powers of the emeritus will do no good."

(he grins to himself thinking: "it's a good thing they don't know that i'm the emeritus...")

"Nice lil paralysis trick. Doesn't work on someone with an augmented nervous system though. And I will be more then a match for him. Power is not everything. Often times power is irrelevant. Those you know how to turn there enemy's power against them win." Dansen said coldly as they walked.

Riku sighed this person has no idea what he is getting into
