Removes Berto's wet diaper cleaning around his diaper area, slideing a clean one under him and dusting him with babypowder. "I would not trust her, she could be a spy Rory. And if your ready i can change your diaper now." He did not have a good feeling about this visiter, but will not voice his feelings. But he did deside to keep a close eye on her, untell she was proven trustworty.

Rory get on the changing table and laids on his back.

"Maybe you're right,but we been together for a long time and I know she can be trusted."

"Hmmmm. Well escapes aren't unheard of. But I'm still hesitant to trust this." Lig said and then sighed. "But I'll give you a chance. Beta. I want you keeping track of her 24/7 while she's here. Any computer access must be authorized by myself or Rai. Confirm." "Confirmed sir. Scan of her person reveals no weapons or electronic devices as well sir." Beta said as his hologram appeared on a pedistal near the door. Beta's image was of a transparent blue wolf dressed in a cloth diaper and Kimono top. Binary code could just be made out moving across him. "Alright come in." Lig told Vixie stepping back.

"Well firstly I'm not about to give those incontinent ones what they want. At least not in the way they want it. I've tickered about and I think I've got a way to regress them. Idea's simple. If those incontinent one's can't use the toilet well we regress them to a month old cub. We can stuff em in a nursery and wire them up to our computer system to augment there power. The cubs can spend the rest of there lives as living computers. Care of them will be on a strickly need basis. Only two diaper changes daily and only the cheapest cloth diapers. " Slen said thinking aloud. "However I'm not sure if this would work well and what the retrainees would thing of it. I don't want them thinking that's disireable."

Shrugs his shoulders as i pull the tabs on your diaper open, "Mabe so but she will have prove herself to me befor i deside to trust her. I don't want to see any of you captured and halled to a potty retraining senter, heck i would not want to be captured neather." Wipes Rory down and removes the soild diaper and replaceing it with a fresh one, and applying some babypowder and fixing the tail-tape snuggly befor taping the diaper over him. "there all done Rory, go and say hi to your friend. I know you want to, sence it has been along time sence you lost saw her."

Vixie goes in the base following Lig.

Rory goes off the changing table.

Nick lets out a soft chuckle at this idea of slens, contemplating the different prospect of it, his own brain a computer itself as he thinks about it for a while."Well sir I must say that though the idea is novel it does have a few flaws. Firstly, it seems a bit cruel to me, the way you propose to treat them. We are stern in our retraining, not cruel sir. Secondly, We dont have advanced enough regression technology to keep a cub at that age permanently....." He thinks for a moment more."Maxis coon might have the tech..... maybe we can arrange to pick his brain.." he says, looking at Slen with a smile.

Rory sees Vixie and runs to her and hugs her.

*Max nods and gets up from the changing table, he to had a few weapons hidden, but they were IN his paw. Max yawned and pulled on his pants*

"Well,sorry to change and run all, but I really must be getting back to the lab! Be safe"

*he bows to everyone, leaving the new weapons there as he promptly makes his exit, strolling out of the facility as if he was a normal person*

Vixie looks at the diaper base from the inside.

"Greating Vixie I am the facility A.I. My name is Beta. I will be monitoring you while here. If you have any questions or concerns please voice them." Beta told her in a logical manner.

Slen grinned. "Oh I like that idea. Capture the coon and get him to work for us. I'm sure we can find a way to persuade him. Heck he might bend the second we go to take his diapers off." Slen laughed in a semi evil manner.

Rau walks to the main hall, looking at lig with rifle in paw as he holds up his kunai and then walks over, checking ligs very thick diaper."Hey lig i know your in the middle of something but since we Have Beta watching her, Can you change my diapers?" He says, looking down at his thick but close to leaking messy and wet swollen diaper.

Nick nods and looks at Slen. Nick was not overly evil, thought that everyone should have the choice to be a toddler or an adult for a time me if they wanted to but they should not remain in diapers all their lives. And yet it was odd that he often was the one at his retraining facilities to change new arrivals out of diapers and into training pants. "Perhaps we could tell vixie to try to lure out max into a place where he could be captured. Max is so in love with his diapers, hemight well fold easily."

Berto got down from the changing table but not as quickly as he got up earlier.
"You know drake, caffeine and candy can give me lots of energy but there is one problem..." He said looking at drake then yawning
"theres always that crash afterwards....."
He said sluggishly curling up at the other dragon types feet.

Vixie looks at Beta.

''Could you show me around the diaper base?"

"Sure thing Rai." Lig said walking over to him.

"Why Certainly Vixie. However command and engeneering as well as science labs A through D are off limits." Beta told her with a smile.

"Good idea. If we can get him out in the open exactly where we want him I know we can nab him. Then convince him to work for us. We'll contact Vixie once she's settled." Slen said smiling as he leaned back in his chair.

Vixie looks at Beta.

Back at the facility,a assistant who is helping Vixie with her mission looks at the big screen.

Sir,we have visual,we can now see in the diaper base.That was a good idea Vixie putting a tiny camera on her old uniform on the zipper,good thing I put a special liner on the inside on her uniform preventing the camera to be scanned."

*Max strolled about the local park...normally he would have fled right back to the lab, but for some reason he felt like doing something different today. He sat down with a soft crinkle on the park bench and looked out, smiling softly and taking deep breaths*

Rory went outside too and ses Max.

Rai yawns and nods, leanign down to nuzzle lig with a very loud squish as he walks to the changing table and lays down on his back.

Nick looks at the video wall and then looks over at slen, manipulating feeds to zoom in on max. "Then again Slen, we may not have to lure him out. Look!!" He says, zooming in on maxis in the park

Lig then went about changing Rai's dirty diaper humming as he wiped Rair up and started to powder him. "You'll be nice and fresh soon."

Slen grinned at the screen. "Well would you look at that. Lets head out and nab him. Rory too if we can." Slen said getting himself geared up with a high power stun rifle and armor.

Vixie looks at Rory and Max in the park.

"Beta,where do we go first?"

"Follow me Vixie. I believe first we should get you diapered. I'd imagine that would make things more comfortable for you. Then we'll settle you in some quarters." Beta said as his hologram walked down the hall.

Vixie didn't want to wear the diaper,but she had no choice.She knew if she wants this mission to be sucessful,and she did want to blow her cover.

"Ok Beta,I do need to get out of this uniform."

Drake heads to the park as well after putting Burto into a crib, he was now dressed in military style pants and shirt, the shirt had the diaper sides on it and a patch with the world in diapers on his right shoulder. Around his neck hangs a silver fang identifying him as apart of the silver fang clan, a broad sword was on his back between his wings comfortably held there by straps. He watches Max and Rory from his hiding stop just encase something happens to the both of them, and so he would also protect them.

Vixie follows Beta.

Rai purrs loudly as he is powdered and pampered, smiling at the feeling of the fresh diaper lig is putting around his hips as he sits up in his crinkly diaper and nuzzles."Thank you lig..."

Nick lets out a rumble of pleasure and pulls out a small node which he puts at the base of his neck and taps, then node expanding up and down to cover his face to the bridge of his nose and a chain mail like breast plate meeting the waistband of his black pants, the metal etched and carved with red and black rivulets like rivers. "All right then... lets go get that damn coon." He murmurs, fingers tapping along the hilt of a large stun sword at his waist.
