"Fine.......I shall accept as I have near nothing else to do except train as the fuckin' war machine.....and accept my fate." he growled and sighed. "Can you please get me a cup of tea and see what Viris wanted before?"

ashi goes to his side as kari flies in and gets him a cup of tea and asks viris to go to him as she flies down with his tea and a bottle for ashi. she hands tea to him "here you go hector"

Viris allows him some space. "Hektor I can't say I know the kind of loss you went through, but think of how your wife would be if she saw you like this." She said letting her words sink in.

Her words ran through like hot knives and he gripped the staff harder, and his features softened like melting snow in the noonday sun. "She would think me a child...you're right. I have to compose myself better...." he said as he took a sip of the tea and smiled at Ashi as he fought back tears of remorse once more and partway succeeded.
