The Land of Dragons

Dragons have always existed, longer than humans even, and they fill the land. Not all dragons are menevolent, some are benigh and some even tame. But for the dragons that destroy crops, overpopulate, and even the pure evil dragons, there are dragon slayers hired to kill them. A Dragon Slayer has the most dangerous job in the world but it pays well. One dragon could feed a beggar a loave of bread every day for 20 years.

Marcus arives at the ruins of the Great City of Bellugia, once a marvelous city now in ruins. Bellugia was thought to be the most well defended city of the land, but now is filled with rubble and an uncountable number of corpses. Marus is sent by special order of King Richard himself.
